At Creative Compliance Communication Services, LLC, our foundation is built on four practice areas: : Ethics, Compliance, Culture, and Leadership. Our CEO, Dr. Emme Devonish, is a dedicated practitioner delivering expertise in these areas through a unique blend of coaching and consulting services.
As an experienced compliance attorney, SHRM-CP, and CCEP, with a career spanning over 25 years in senior leadership and executive roles, Dr. Devonish brings an unparalleled understanding of corporate dynamics to every engagement. She partners with executives and senior leaders in organizations (typically 500+ employees, U.S. and international) to enhance ethical decision-making, model company values, and improve overall culture and operational processes.
She coaches from the foreman to the CEO, teams, and cross-functional groups in business services, construction, manufacturing, and environmental. Leaders work with her to develop emotional intelligence, overcome interpersonal challenges, and adopt a growth mindset to attain greater levels of productivity and performance.
Along her professional journey from attorney to compliance professional to executive coach and consultant, she learned that “all compliance problems are people problems” and a good compliance structure with “the right people in the right seats” is what makes teams and companies succeed. This insight combined with her passion for teaching leaders emotional intelligence to help them Branch Out to Reach Their Highest Potential℠ is what motivates her to obtain the best outcomes for her clients.
Her career began at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which led to significant roles as a financial services attorney and a legal and compliance expert at a prominent New York law firm, international banks, and investment management companies. Notably, she served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Transamerica Investment Management, LLC, where she directly reported to the CEO and Board of Directors. In this role she designed, implemented, and administered the firm’s ethics and compliance program with a team of five professionals and managed a $1.2M annual budget. This extensive corporate leadership, combined with continuous upskilling, ensures she consistently delivers expertise grounded in real-world knowledge and industry-leading practices.
Dr. Devonish's commitment to ethical leadership and community extends beyond her coaching and consulting practice. Her strategic insights and passion for positive impact also align with her involvement in various community projects, creative endeavors, and industry groups.
Participating in the activities of the International Coaching Federation, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Society for Human Resource Management, and Construction Management Association of America.
Serving as the 2025 Vice President, 2025-2026 President-Elect, and recipient of the 2023-2024 Rising Star Award in Recognition of Outstanding Club Leadership and Service of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville-Oceanside, an affiliate of Rotary International. She is also a Facilitator for the Rotary Leadership Institute-Sunshine Division, and Counselor-Point of Contact for a 2025-2026 recipient of a Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship to conduct scientific research to prevent and treat disease worldwide.
Advocating for the conservation of the North Atlantic Right Whale as an Amelia Island Whale Ambassador through educational programs like the Solve It for Kids podcast, joining the OCEANA delegation to lobby Congress for further protection of the North Atlantic Right Whales in 2024, and serving as the Inspirational Speaker at the 2024 Right Whale Festival.
Dr. Devonish is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Leadership Coach, Certified North Star Coach, Certified Culture Coach, Certified Mindset Coach, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, ICF Level 2 Certified Master Coach, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, SHRM Certified Professional, and licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
